How a job runs

Usually ten working days from the day you bring the work in. The three day option is there when it is not.

Bring the work in

We measure it, look at where it will hang, and lay mouldings and mount board against it on the counter. This takes about twenty minutes and costs nothing.

Written quote

Itemised, with the glazing and mount choices listed separately so you can take one out if you would rather not pay for it.

In the workshop

Mouldings cut and joined, mount cut, glazing cleaned on both faces, backing sealed. Nothing is sent out.

Collection

We hold finished work for sixty days. Hanging hardware is fitted and included, whatever the size.

Visiting

Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. Closed Sunday and Monday, and on public holidays.

No appointment needed to drop work off or to ask what something would cost. If you want one of us to spend a while on a larger piece, it is better to come before 4pm on a weekday.

We are a two person workshop and we take a limited number of jobs at a time, so in the weeks before Christmas and Lunar New Year the turnaround is longer than ten days. We will tell you the real date when you bring the work in, not an optimistic one.
